One of our Mongolia travel specialists will contact you by email or WhatsApp to learn more about your plans, interests and preferences.

We will then prepare a personalised proposal outlining your suggested itinerary, accommodation, activities, included services and price.

Together, we will refine the route, pace, accommodation, activities and other arrangements until the journey feels right for you.

Some changes may be limited by availability, seasonal conditions, local regulations or practical logistics. If a requested change affects the price or cannot be accommodated, we will explain this clearly before you confirm your booking.

Once you are satisfied with the proposed itinerary and quotation, we will send you:

• Your final proposal
• An invoice and payment instructions
• The required deposit and payment deadline
• Our Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy
• Any special conditions relating to your booking

Please review all names, dates, traveller details, services and prices carefully before approving your journey.

A deposit of 30% of the total trip price is normally required to confirm your booking.

Some journeys may require a deposit of 50% or another amount stated in your quotation because of advance or non-refundable commitments to accommodation, transport or other suppliers. We will clearly explain any special deposit requirement before you book.

Your booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent you written confirmation.

As your departure approaches, we will provide the practical information you need to travel with confidence, including:

• Arrival and meeting instructions
• Packing recommendations
• Visa and entry guidance
• Weather information
• Cultural and practical advice
• Health and safety guidance
• Local and emergency contact details

Where applicable and subject to eligibility, we can provide a visa invitation letter and general guidance on Mongolia's entry requirements. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities, and we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued.

Please review your travel documents carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect or your circumstances change.
